Regulatory Assessment Workshop

Many regulated financial services firms believe they are aligned to the expectations of their regulators.

And yet, whenever a regulator like the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) does a thematic inspection, they continue to find the same blindspots.

Now that the EU’s DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) Regulation is now in effect, these regulatory blindspots will grow.

This workshop will work through your alignment with regulatory expectations and the requirements of DORA, so you know where you stand.

The details

Duration: Put 2 hours aside – The workshop usually takes 90 minutes, but 30 minutes is available afterwards if we identify a particular area that attendees want to delve into.

Guarantees: Each workshop comes with 3 guarantees:

Cost: €950 + VAT for up to 5 attendees.

Any Other Business:

  • Attendees: I recommend a maximum of 5 attendees, so everyone gets a chance to ask questions and clarify their understanding. If you need more than 5 attendees, let me know and I will provide updated pricing.
  • Technology: I prefer to run the workshop using Zoom, but we can use Microsoft Teams if you prefer.
  • Homework: I will send you a questionnaire before the workshop so I can ensure I focus on the topics of most interest to you. I will also ask you to provide feedback after the session.
  • Payment Terms: Payment is due 72 hours prior to the workshop. I will send you a link to a secure payments page. If you need to pay by bank transfer, please let me know as this process takes longer.
  • Cancellation Policy: You will receive a refund if you need to cancel the workshop, but you must provide at least 72 hours’ notice of the cancellation. Alternatively, we can reschedule the session to another date.
